Job Safety - What Is Required?
As part of cooperative effort between The Alliance for Employee Growth and Development and the CWA employees of Alcatel Lucent a video was produced as a training tool for “Job Safety” to remind employees of the safety procedures and proper tools to use when working in a power room. In order to ensure the widest dissemination of the information contained within the video, it will be presented in a virtual training environment. This enhanced environment will allow for the addition of instructor-led discussion with employee interaction. Additionally, evaluations can be conducted measuring the employees understanding of the materials contained in the video.
